Job Description
Smart Home Decor is looking for an experienced Carpenter in Accra with expertise in kitchen cabinets, TV consoles, wardrobes, and cladding. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team and managing carpentry projects. Additional skills in related areas will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and install kitchen cabinets, TV consoles, wardrobes, and cladding
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters to meet project deadlines
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Collaborate with other team members to complete custom designs
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter in kitchen cabinet, TV console, wardrobe, and cladding projects
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Other skills in related carpentry or construction areas are a plus
