BuildRight HR began as a vision in 2023, driven by a commitment to address the significant skill shortages and high unemployment rates affecting Ghanaian youth. Recognizing the common perception that seeking job opportunities abroad was the only viable path for career advancement, we set out to create a solution that would transform this narrative and keep talent and opportunities within Ghana.
In 2024, our initial aspirations began taking shape. We transitioned from conceptual planning to actively developing and implementing our solutions, marking the beginning of BuildRight HR as a dynamic entity in the HR landscape. Our mission is to bridge the gap between employers and employees in Ghana by providing innovative HR solutions that enhance talent acquisition, streamline operational processes, and support career development.
