Job Description

Eya Naturals is seeking an experienced Salon Manager in Accra to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate must live in or around Tse Ado, North Kaneshie, or Spintex and have a proven track record in salon management. You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining salon standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day salon operations and staff management
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Manage inventory, appointments, and salon schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Must live in or around Tse Ado, North Kaneshie, or Spintex
