Job Description:
Eya Naturals is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor in Accra to oversee the production processes at our facility. The ideal candidate must live in or around Tse Ado, North Kaneshie, or Spintex and have experience in managing production teams and maintaining quality control. This role ensures that all production targets are met efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
Manage and train production staff to meet performance goals
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations
Must live in or around Tse Ado, North Kaneshie, or Spintex
