Job Description:
Western Serene Atlantic Hotel, a premier hospitality establishment in Takoradi, is hiring a Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. The role ensures compliance with financial standards and supports strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide business insights.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and ledgers.
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies.
Provide financial support to various departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICA, or equivalent).
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage.
