Job Description:
Responsible for processing export documentation, coordinating shipping bookings, and managing customer communications. The role involves expanding the market for high-quality ceramic tiles in Ghana and West Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process export documentation accurately and efficiently.
2. Track and manage shipping bookings, coordinating with warehouses for export arrangements.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand export markets.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements: 
1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Sales and sales management experience.
3. Knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of the ceramics industry is beneficial.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Trade or a related field.
