Job Description:
A growing restaurant near UPSA, Madina, is seeking two experienced Production Managers to oversee kitchen operations on a shift basis. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading a team to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure quality food preparation and timely delivery.
  • Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff for optimal performance.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supply of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with the second Production Manager for smooth shift handovers.
  • Collaborate with management to review and update menus.
  • Control costs and track budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Analyze production efficiency and recommend improvements.
  • Address customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have similar experience in a related role or field (e.g., restaurant or catering).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must be 30 years or older.
