Job Description:
Oak Plaza Hotels is looking for energetic and service-oriented Waiters to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests in the hotel’s restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve meals and drinks to guests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

SHS certificate or equivalent.
Prior experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
