Job Description:
MR WU’S Restaurant is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee restaurant front-of-house (FOH) operations during shifts. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for team supervision, customer service, cash handling, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the front-of-house team during shifts.
2. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
3. Handle cash transactions and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Experience in team management and strong problem-solving skills.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Must have at least HND in Hospitality or Management.
