Job Description:
Doors and Locks Gallery is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s range of security doors and locks, engaging with customers, and supporting them in selecting the best products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep up to date with new product offerings and promotions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate; further education is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and confident attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the hardware or building materials industry is a plus.
