Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at ILLAS Realty, you will lead a dynamic team in the luxury real estate market. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships. This role reports to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Negotiate deals and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. 3 years of industry experience.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Ghana.
