Job Description:
ABPO, an American BPO company, is hiring Sales and Marketing Executives to join its Accra-based international contact centre. The role focuses on running sales and marketing campaigns targeted at customers in the USA and Canada. Candidates will undergo a training program to prepare them for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in direct communication with North American clients through phone and digital channels
2. Execute marketing and sales strategies as trained
3. Meet performance targets and contribute to campaign success
4. Maintain accurate call and campaign records
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal communication skills
2. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
3. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma
4. Applicants must be between 23 and 39 years old
5. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 10:00pm
