Job Description:
De Telle Company Ltd. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker/Supervisor to lead a team of agents and drive successful property transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee real estate transactions and sales.
2. Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure smooth and efficient property dealings.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Drive to property locations when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Real estate knowledge and experience in property transactions and sales.
2. Tertiary education in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
3. Strong leadership skills to guide a team of agents.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
5. A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
6. Excellent communication skills.
