Job Description:
The African Foundation for Premature Babies and Neonatal Care (AFPNC), a Ghana-based nonprofit focused on improving maternal and neonatal health across Africa, is hiring a Program Manager. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating health programs that align with AFPNC’s mission to ensure quality care for preterm, small, or sick newborns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of project workplans
  2. Monitor program progress and deliverables across project cycles
  3. Manage field teams and coordinate with implementing partners
  4. Prepare reports for donors and internal stakeholders
  5. Identify risks and adapt implementation strategies accordingly

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in program management
  3. Knowledge of M&E frameworks and donor-funded project implementation
  4. Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
  5. Experience with project management tools is an added advantage
