Job Description:
The Manager, Human Resource Operations, is responsible for overseeing benefits administration, ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining accurate data, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role ensures HR operations align with organizational goals and promotes continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Drive implementation of recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee surveys.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Certified HR Practitioner with SHRM/CIPD/IHRMP certification.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processing compliance.
