Job Description:
Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, a leader in ceramics manufacturing and part of the global Keda Group, is seeking a qualified IT Supervisor to support the Regional Information Manager. The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, leading IT staff, ensuring network and hardware reliability, and supporting project implementation across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise IT staff, develop work plans, and evaluate performance
- Train foreign personnel on hardware and network systems
- Plan, deploy, and maintain secure and stable network infrastructure
- Ensure smooth operation of IT assets (PCs, routers, switches, CCTV, etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain server rooms
- Collaborate on surveillance and monitoring system installations
- Resolve user issues through consultation and IT planning
- Maintain network performance and manage data traffic and fees
- Provide detailed training summaries, progress updates, and reports
- Execute desktop/system maintenance and tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical expertise in hardware, networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), CCTV, cloud systems, and IT security
- Proven skills in team leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality, resilience under pressure, and self-motivation
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is an advantage
