Job Description:
Rock Holdings Ghana is hiring a Help Desk Officer to provide professional support to customers, manage service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels.
- Process orders, applications, and service requests accurately.
- Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide feedback on customer service improvements.
- Manage and support a team of junior customer service representatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND or Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in handling calls and active listening.
- Computer literacy and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
