Job Description:
Rock Holdings Ghana is hiring a Help Desk Officer to provide professional support to customers, manage service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels.
  2. Process orders, applications, and service requests accurately.
  3. Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  4. Provide feedback on customer service improvements.
  5. Manage and support a team of junior customer service representatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. HND or Degree in any relevant field.
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  3. Proficiency in handling calls and active listening.
  4. Computer literacy and multitasking ability.
  5. Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
