Job Description:
Blooming Tulips Montessori, a Cambridge and Montessori school, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead its operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the British Curriculum and a passion for early childhood and primary education. The role requires hands-on leadership in managing the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school
2. Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with Cambridge and Montessori principles
3. Manage and support teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
4. Engage effectively with parents and the broader school community to maintain strong relationships
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all school activities

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education Management
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in school management, ideally as a Head of School or similar leadership role
3. Deep understanding of the British Curriculum and Montessori methods
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
5. Proven ability to drive academic excellence and operational efficiency
