Job Description:
Big Chiegh Media is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the company meets its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, manage teams, and optimize company performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
2. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage employees to enhance productivity and performance.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
