Job Description:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service areas, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth workflow. This role requires strong leadership to guide and support F&B staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor cleanliness, food presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new staff and evaluating team performance.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
