Job Description:
The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance and functionality of the physical infrastructure of the lounge. This includes managing repair services, supervising building systems, and ensuring the facility is safe, operational, and meets all compliance standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and experienced in technical and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the general upkeep of the lounge’s facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
2. Manage maintenance schedules and respond promptly to repair needs
3. Coordinate with service vendors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Inspect building structures regularly and identify areas requiring attention
5. Supervise facility staff and allocate tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
6. Monitor and manage the facility budget for maintenance and utilities

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 2–5 years of experience in facility management or a related field
2. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
