Job Description:
HCOWA Ghana Limited is seeking an experienced Association Development Executive to lead initiatives aimed at establishing and maintaining the relevance of the association. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to engage members, stakeholders, and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and develop the association to achieve sustained relevance and impact.
2. Develop and implement strategies to engage members, stakeholders, and partners effectively.
3. Lead programs that align with the association’s mission and goals.
4. Oversee membership growth and retention strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with association governance policies and industry standards.
6. Build and nurture relationships with key health industry stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in association development.
2. Proven track record of establishing and sustaining association relevance.
3. Experience with a health-related association is advantageous.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
