Job Description:
BCL Group is seeking a highly organized Administrative Officer to handle clerical and administrative tasks for effective office management. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, coordinate with maintenance vendors, and assist with executive travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephone calls, respond to queries, and reply to emails.
2. Prepare expense reports and office budgets.
3. Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
4. Maintain and organize company documents systematically.
5. Forward correspondence, including letters and packages, to staff.
6. Schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
7. Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace office equipment.
8. Assist the HR department with job postings and interviews.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management (advantageous).
2. Proven experience working in an office environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Working knowledge of business management.
