Job Description:
Diamond Logistics Limited is hiring a Warehouse Officer to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise. The role involves verifying shipments, organizing warehouse space, handling equipment, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records and outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sign for shipments and verify the accuracy of received merchandise
2. Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies
3. Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing items
4. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts for merchandise handling
5. Store items strategically to optimize warehouse space
6. Prepare and pack merchandise for distribution
7. Process order requests efficiently and accurately
8. Liaise with suppliers/distributors regarding shipment issues

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
3. Strong communication abilities
4. Keen attention to detail
5. HND or degree required
