Job Description:
The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. The role involves administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments
2. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team
3. Assist in medical procedures and ensure proper documentation of patient records
4. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
5. Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards in the hospital
6. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
7. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
2. Valid nursing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle medical emergencies
