Job Description:
The Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing nursing activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supervising nursing staff. The role involves implementing clinical protocols, coordinating patient care, and ensuring adherence to medical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care
2. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with medical teams
3. Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely medical interventions
4. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies
5. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff
6. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols
7. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
2. Valid nursing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions
