Job Description:
Executives International School – Asanteman (EIS) is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cambridge education and/or GES, with a passion for fostering a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for infants and children. This role reports to the School Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school and ensure the implementation of educational policies and programs.
  • Develop and manage the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Cambridge education and/or GES in a leadership capacity.
  • A minimum of a master’s degree in education or related fields.
  • Cambridge certification.
  • Passion, natural love, and care for infants and children.
  • Valid driver’s license.
