Job Description:
Beacon International School is seeking to recruit an English Teacher for immediate employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, preparing lesson plans, and ensuring students develop strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in English language and literature.
2. Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
3. Utilize Cambridge Education methodologies in teaching.
4. Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching curriculum.
6. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

1. First degree in English or a related field.
2. Knowledge of Cambridge Education curriculum.
3. At least 2 years of teaching experience.
