Job Description:
The School Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring effective communication among staff, students, and parents, while maintaining academic and operational standards. The role supports the school’s leadership team and plays a vital part in managing curriculum delivery, staff coordination, and student services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise academic programs and ensure curriculum implementation across all classes
2. Coordinate and support teaching staff with lesson planning and assessment
3. Serve as the liaison between school leadership, teachers, parents, and external partners
4. Oversee student admissions, records, and general administration
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with school policies and international education standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree in Education, Administration, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or coordination role in an international school
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
4. Proven ability to manage academic staff and schedules
5. Familiarity with international curricula and school operations
