Job Description:
The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for early learners. The role involves developing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans that support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development, in line with international preschool standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement engaging lessons and activities for children aged 3–5
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning
3. Monitor and document student progress and communicate with parents regularly
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning space
5. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure consistent educational experiences

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching in international or bilingual preschools
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
4. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education
5. Knowledge of international preschool curricula is an added advantage
