Job Description:
Insaaniyyah Hospital is hiring a Marketing Officer in Kasoa to enhance our outreach and visibility within the community. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to attract patients, promote services, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be creative, strategic, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for hospital services
Manage the hospital’s social media accounts and online presence
Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
Organize promotional events and community health programs
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
Create engaging content for digital and print materials

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Must reside near or be able to commute to Kasoa, Ghana
