Job Description:
Insaaniyyah Hospital is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician in Kasoa to conduct medical laboratory tests, analyze samples, and provide accurate results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a commitment to upholding healthcare quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Record and analyze test results with precision and accuracy
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and waste
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean laboratory environment
Collaborate with medical staff to interpret and report findings

Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and software
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Must reside near or be able to commute to Kasoa, Ghana
