Job Description:
The Waiting Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after guests arrive
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Process payments and handle customer feedback professionally
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
4. A friendly and positive attitude with great teamwork skills
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
