Job Description:
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring high-quality service, and managing staff performance. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including servers and hosts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints promptly
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Train and support team members to maintain service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
