Job Description:
The Bar Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards, proper inventory management, and smooth team coordination. They will be responsible for maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise bar staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
2. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
4. Train and mentor bar staff to uphold service quality.
5. Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a bar supervisor or bartender.
2. Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and spirits.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
