Job Description:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for calling new sales customers to promote spare parts and services in the Aftersales department. This role involves handling basic and general inquiries, identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, listening to customer queries and concerns, assisting them with their needs, generating sales, and reporting sales performance. The Sales Assistant will report to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call new sales customers to promote spare parts and services in the Aftersales department.
• Handle basic and general inquiries following company and department procedures.
• Identify potential customers and establish relationships with them.
• Listen to customer queries and concerns and assist them with their needs.
• Generate sales and report sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HND/Degree in Marketing with 2 to 4 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to be outspoken.
• Computer literacy.
