Job Description:
Nyame Dua Apartments is seeking a female Sales and Marketing Representative to join their team in Tema, Community 25 (opposite Palace Mall). The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and ensure effective follow-ups to drive occupancy and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead all sales activities and meet monthly targets.
2. Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing personalized service.
3. Maintain and update a database of leads and ensure regular follow-up communications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
5. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
