Job Description:
Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant / Associate at Grasp International Recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates. This role reports to the Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates through various methods, including LinkedIn and job boards.
2. Screening candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
3. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
5. Assisting senior recruiters with various tasks.
6. Developing industry knowledge to provide better service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus; training and development are available for entry-level candidates.
3. Proficiency with LinkedIn.
4. Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Attention to detail for reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
7. Sales skills, including relationship-building and negotiation, will be an advantage.
