Job Description:
ALDIR Audits is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead our external audit team. This vital role involves overseeing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and providing expert evaluations of clients’ financial statements. The Audit Manager will also play a critical role in mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful execution of audit engagements.
  • Strategize and manage audits in line with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and mentor audit professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvements and risk assessments to enhance auditing practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the team informed and competitive.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in external auditing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Exceptional knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Proven experience in public accounting or similar fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with expertise in team management and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
