Job Description:
The Staff Manager will oversee employee management, recruitment, and workplace policies to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage staff performance and productivity.
2. Implement workplace policies and ensure compliance.
3. Coordinate training and development programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
