Job Description:
Eya Naturals is looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee retail sales operations, manage stock, and lead a sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales strategies, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily sales operations and ensure smooth retail activities.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Manage stock levels and inventory.
4. Lead and train sales team members.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales or Marketing.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of the retail sales environment and stock management.
4. Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and communication.
5. Leadership, financial, and team management skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Intermediate computer literacy.
