Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive fluent in both Chinese and English to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry and a strong background in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth
2. Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English to facilitate business deals
3. Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Fluency in both Chinese and English
2. At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry
3. Degree in Sales or a related field is preferred
