Job Description:
Ran Tranz Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, contract management, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
3. Manage contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors.
4. Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence.
5. Provide financial reports and cost analysis.
6. Ensure compliance with building regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
4. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and financial analysis tools.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
