Job Description:
The Customer Experience Executive will act as the first point of contact for existing and potential clients. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting Bills Micro-Credit products and services to clients and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from existing and prospective clients.
- Investigate and address client issues while adhering to Call Centre Response procedures.
- Provide information about products and services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet Call Center performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in staff training to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A first degree in Communication or related fields.
- Not above 30 years of age.
- National Service Certificate required.
- Prior work experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Fluency in English, Twi, and at least one other local language (e.g., Ewe, Ga, Dagbani, etc.).
