Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead and oversee engineering, construction, and maintenance projects. This dynamic role includes operational, administrative, and representational responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contract negotiations and manage project logistics.
  • Oversee budget control and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Monitor suppliers and oversee maintenance schedules.
  • Support administrative tasks like purchasing and advertising.
  • Represent the company at events to maintain a positive image.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in housing projects (advantageous but not essential).
  • Knowledge of licensing design, wastewater systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills.
