Job Description:
A reputable pharmaceutical company in Osu is seeking a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in dispensing medications, maintain an organized and clean workspace, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
Perform daily cleaning to ensure the pharmacy is tidy and hygienic
Price and arrange drugs neatly on shelves
Pre-package medications as required
Handle transactions, including receiving money and making entries in the system
Provide basic health education to clients
Regularly check drug expiry dates and handle expired or damaged products appropriately
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers

Qualifications and Requirements:
MCA Certificate is mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Diligent, affable, and detail-oriented
Ability to listen to and resolve customer complaints professionally
Basic knowledge of healthcare tips and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
