Job Description
We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects and are looking for a passionate and analytical Market Researcher to join the team. This role involves conducting comprehensive research to inform product development, marketing strategies, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Research: Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and trends within the dating app market.
Data Analysis: Analyze survey data, user feedback, and other research findings to identify patterns and actionable insights that can drive product innovation.
User Personas: Develop detailed user personas based on research findings to guide marketing efforts and product features.
Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the dating app space to inform strategic decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on research findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in market research, preferably within consumer and behavioral psychology. Web3 understanding and interest is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or equivalent).
Understanding of Psychology: Knowledge of psychological principles related to dating, relationships, and human behavior.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
