Job Description:
MoveHub is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Officer to drive customer onboarding, promote our products and services, and manage customer relationships. The role involves contributing market insights, reporting performance, and playing a vital role in strategies that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding and Registration:
Scout and register potential customers using approved systems, maintaining a follow-up database. - Sales and Promotion: Promote products and services, participate in marketing campaigns, and engage in community outreach programs.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. - Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, sharing insights with management.
- Reporting and Performance: Submit performance reports, meet sales targets, and collaborate with team members on growth strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent.
- Must reside within Spintex or Madina enclaves (mandatory).
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
- Passion for engaging with people and building relationships.
