Job Description:
The Wholesale Officer will oversee wholesale operations, ensuring stock accuracy, proper sales documentation, and effective team supervision. The role involves managing stock, verifying financial transactions, and maintaining smooth wholesale activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Check all items invoiced to customers before handing them over
2. Ensure necessary price changes for new stock are updated and recorded
3. Manage stock received from the warehouse
4. Handle returned items and ensure proper crediting of client accounts
5. Verify all cash and cheque receipt entries before submission to the accounts department
6. Supervise Wholesale Assistants
7. Ensure stock accuracy in the branch
8. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HND in Procurement and Supply Chain or Purchasing and Supply from a recognized institution
2. Proven knowledge and experience in a related field
3. Strong attention to detail, proactiveness, and innovation
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
5. Ability to motivate and lead a team
