Job Description:
Christian Service University is seeking a qualified Nursing Lecturer to provide academic instruction, guide student research, and oversee examinations at the undergraduate level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver lectures and provide academic instruction in assigned nursing courses.
2. Supervise and support student research activities.
3. Serve as an examiner for undergraduate nursing courses.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A master’s degree (MSc/MPhil) or a doctoral degree (Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD) in Nursing.
2. Must be a registered nurse.
3. At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
Personal Qualities:
1. Must be a practicing Evangelical Christian with strong leadership and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Strong scholarly credentials in teaching, research, and publication.
4. High ethical standards and diligence in work.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
